See it from both sides of the counter

First, a customer turns a child’s drawing into a pendant on a jeweller’s website. Then two more try handwriting and a sticker, and their requests arrive in the jeweller’s dashboard.

The shop and the customers are made up for the demo. Everything else is the real app.

A reason to come to you

Most families keep a drawing they could never throw away. With the designer on your website, they turn it into a pendant or a charm at home, on their phone, in your metals and at your prices. Then they come to you to have it made.

A customer request in the jeweller’s dashboard: the drawing, 18K yellow gold, 22 mm, about 8 grams, the customer’s note and a suggested price

Every request arrives ready to quote

You get the drawing, the size, the metal, the estimated weight, the customer’s note and a suggested price worked out from your own prices. Email the quote, or send a payment link: the money goes straight to your Stripe account.

The price settings: automatic metal prices, updated every day, with the metal value per gram for each alloy

Your prices, kept up to date for you

Metal values follow the market every day, so your prices are never out of date. Set your markup and your labour once. Prefer fixed prices? Enter your own price per gram instead, in your own currency.

Questions jewellers ask

Do I need a website?

No. Your shop page works on its own, at thedoodlemint.com/s/your-shop, with a QR counter card and tablet mode for the shop.

Will it work with my website?

If your website lets you add embed code, yes: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and most others. You paste one line where you want the designer to appear.

Who makes the pieces?

You do, or your usual caster, as with any commission. Open the request in the studio, adjust it if you need to and download the production file for casting.

How is the price worked out?

From the weight of each piece: the metal value per gram, plus your markup, plus your labour. Metal values can update themselves every day, or you can set your own fixed prices. Customers see an estimate, and you confirm the final quote.

How do I get paid?

Connect your Stripe account and send a payment link with any quote. Customers pay by card and the money goes straight to you. The Doodle Mint takes no commission.

What happens after the free trial?

The plan continues at €10 a month, or €100 a year if you choose yearly. You can cancel any time from your account; if the plan stops, the designer goes offline on your website.

Which languages does it speak?

Ten: English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai. It follows each visitor’s language, or you can choose one.

Where is the data kept?

In the European Union. Drawings, designs and requests are stored in Frankfurt.
